Abstract:
 The authors present a case of anomalous jugular bulb, that tire first diagnosis was glomic tumor is related their frequency, about 3,5-7%, but frequently not detected on daily routine. It is presented a anatomic review of this region and they discuss important aspects that should be considerated on management of the pathologies of the temporal bone.
