Abstract:
A retrospective study of intracranial complications after sinusitis is reported. The mortality rate still is high despite aggressive treatment and close cooperation between the otolaryagologist, neurosurgeon and other specialists. Two cases with orbital complications, brain abscess and thombrophebitis are presented.
