Abstract:
The authors report a case of a six year old female, with a history of recurrent cervical abscess, since she was two. After three surgical drainages, the pacient was submitted to a ressection of fistuloss way from pyriform sinus. The diagnostic had been performed by contrasted pharyngoesophagogram and the post operatory evolution was good. The authors enlpltasize this diagnostic hypotesis, as compared to cervical abscessos in childhood, mainly if an attack at left side of neck is detected.
