Abstract:
According a rarely of diagnostic of plasmocytoma of nasopharynx, we present a case of the patient, male, 69 years old, with clamed of nasal obstruction that was getting worse in the last six years, wich investigative diagnostic occurred plasmocytoma. Enphasing the importânce of detailed exam of upper airway tract to common syntoms as nasal obstruction and epistaxxs, that are clamed veny common in the daily clinic, being the procedure throung the endoscopy, fundamental for diagnostic differential.
