Abstract:
This paper describes a case of Lethal Midline Granuloma, where some biopsies were necessaty to define thefinal diagnosis, non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of perific "T" cells. The singular presentation of the disease, and the difficulty histopathologic avaliation, delate the diagnosis, and poorer the prognostic. The author make a literature revision about the pathology to emphasize the rare diagnosis.
