Abstract:
The authors reinforce the importante of the utilization of the tunning fork in the routine of the Otolaryngologist After a brief summary about the physical characteristics of the tunning fork, the authors make a historic about this instrument. They fully emphasize the systematization of the exam made with the tunning fork and the resulta of the different testa in the diagnosis of the several kinds of deafness.
