Abstract:
The authors present a case of bilateral sudden deafness associated with dizziness and tinnitus in 63 year-old patient as the first syntoms of Waldenstrõn's macroglobulinemy. The patient was evaluated with head CT and MR, blood tests, audiometric and otoneurologic tests. Waldenstrón's macroglobulinemy should be remembered as an etiology in the differentíed diagnosis of sudden deafness.
