Abstract:
The authors present a case of Goldenhar syndrome, with its characteristic aspects and variations, of a female child. Who has been observed since age of two months. The diagnosis was estabilished based on external and internal alterations, after evaluation by pediatric, genetic, otorrinolaringology and ortoppedic, by means of general clinic and complementary exams. This case is being described due to its rarety and variety of manifestations, helping the understanding by the medical class.
