Abstract:
The authors present three diferent evolutions of the midfacial destructive disease. Immunocytochemical analysis was perforrned. Criterious analysis classified one of the cases as "Idiopathic Midline Destruttive Disease "(IMDD), that is different from STEWART and correlate granulomas, because of distinctive histológical and clinical caractheristics. We conclude that this entity can't be classifed as nasal malignant lymphoma, such as has occured with many midline destructive diseases after immunocytochemical study.
