Abstract:
The authors presents two cases of Histiocytosis-X, treated at Oto-Laryngology clinic of Faculdade de Medicina de Marília. The diagnoses is confirmed through radiologic and Pathologic study.
Appoints attention to differential diagnosis in chronic othorrhea, of difficult treatment, discuss aspects about the disease, classification and treatment.
