Abstract:
The authors present here a case of postoperative bleeding after tonsillectomy refractory to local measures, necessitating a more agressive procedure for controlling the event.
So, they comments aspects concerning this complication based upon other authors, and make a brief summary of the tonsilar arterial irrigation and of how, to obtain a control over such a bleeding.
