Abstract:
We present one case of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, that starts twcive years ago after cranial trauma. The patient developed in the last years, two meningitis.
The rhinorrhea stopped after surgical correction of three lesions encountered in the: mastoid cells, frontal meningoencephalocele correction and cribriform lamina of the ethmoid.
This case is peculiar, because we not found anything in the consulted literature.
