Abstract:
The authors present two cases of maxillary sinus hipoplasia in children that had several plain X Rays showing unilateral maxillary sinus opacification. They were been treated by pediatrician forchronic sinusitis with antibiotics, antihistaminics and steroids. The diagnostic was made only with the CT scan. The importance of the scan realization is emphasized in lhe cases of chronic sinusitis to right diagnosis.
