Abstract:
It is the first diagnosís of coccidioidomycosis of the larynx in South Brasil in a patient refered from North. It is an advise about the possibility to have disseminated cases of coccidioidomycosis in Brasil. The rare case of localization in the larynx with some difficulties in the treatment, call attention for the importante of the pathology to avoid mistakes in this indication of radical surgery of the larynx.
