Abstract:
The authors present a 4th Ventricule Intracraneal Ependymoma case in a 3 year old child, who evoluted with unilateral deafness after surgical ressection of the tumour, comproved by Limiar Tonal Audiometry.
The research of tumour site by ECochG and BERA proved that it was located at Brain Stem. These case shows the importance of ECochG and BERA in the diagnosis lesions at auditive system.
