Mastoid Osteoma.

Abstract:
Extra-canalicular osteomas of the temporal bones are rare benign tumours. To date aproximately 97 such cases in the world have been described. Usually, this tumours are asymptomatic, except by cosmetic deformities. We report an ivory-like osteoma of the mastoid in 35 years old patient. Surgical removal was performed for cosmetic reasons.
