Abstract:
Mucoceles are uncommon and the majority occur in the ethmoidal complex. We present a case of a mucocele of the middle turbinate, arising from a concha bullosa. The diagnostic was mad through a medical history, nasal endoscopy and ct-scarn evaluation. We use the intranasal endoscopic surgery, that is the newest and sucessfull way to approach this disease.
