Abstract:
Benign fibrous histiocytoma of the head and neck has received little attention in the otolaryngology-head and neck literature. Benign fibrous histiocytoma was identified as a separate clinical entity until the 1970. We reported a 22-years-old female with benign fibrous histiocytoma of the deep soft tissue of the head and neck that invade vital structures. Therefore, we decide do not submit this patient to surgical treatment and follow-up with computadorized tomographic scan.
