Abstract:
A study of the histologic aspects of the human mucosa of the anterior portions of the septum and the inferior turbinate by means of the light microscopy and the scanning electron microscopy is done. We compared the types of epithelium, the thickness of the basement membrane, the inflammatory process of the corion and the quantity of the glands.
