Abstract:
The authors present a rare case of bilateral aberrant carotid artery in the middle ear in a 59 year old man who had tinnitus, that worsen with physical exercise, as initial complaint. On the physical examination a blue mass in the middle ear and intact eardrum was observed. The diagnosis was confirmed by computed tomography.
