Nasal Neurofibroma: Report of a Case and Literature Review.

Abstract:
The autores present a case of neurofibroma occuring in nasal cavity, being this not a very frequent location of this benign neoplasia, although with possibilities of malignization especially in patients with neurofibromatosis (Von Recklinghausen disease). They originate from nervous wrappers and between 25 to 45% happen in head and neck region. From these, only 4% occur in nose and sinus. Their tréatment is completely surgical removal.
