Neonatal malignant external otitis: Case Report.

Abstract:
The authors report a case of a child who developed malignant extense otitis in the fifth day of life. She was submitted into a mastoidectomy in the ninetenth day of life. The evolution was very good after surgery, with a remaining facial paralisis. Imunological deficits were not found in the born child.
