Abstract:
The authors describe two pediatric patients with Burkitt' lymphoma with initial tonsil involvement. They discuss the tumor's epidemiology, clinical behavior, diagnosis, treatment and evolution, correlating these data with the two cases reported. They emphasize the importante of the early diagnosis to the otolaryngologists.
