Abstract:
The presence of one giant cervical osteophyte is one of the most rares causes of dysphagia, whose most frequent ethiology is the difuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis. This paper reports on one of 80 years old patient with moderate dysphagia caused by one giant cervical osteophytes between third and fourth cervical vertebrae, which had good evolution with clinical treatment and physiotherapy.
