Helix Graft Reconstruction in Unilateral Cordectomy

Abstract:
In this study, we present six patients with glottic carcinoma treated by cordectomy and hélix graft reconstruction. It's a simple method and provides satisfactory rigid cartilaginous wall and lining to the lumen. The neolarynx prevines the tracheostomy and improves in quality the postoperative voice.
