Abstract:
The autors present a 35-year-old patient, male, caucasian, presenting pigmented oral lesions associated with disphagia, whose only predisposing factor was anemia due to gastrectomy. The case is intersting, peculiar, as well as it diferencial diagnosis, besides the necessary time to identify the etiology.
