Abstract:
The authors report a rare case of a child who presented an abnormality of the first cervical cleft. Me had a left ear discharge associated to a cervical Sinus. After surgical drainage of an abcess of the anterior triangle of the neck, the patient developed a fistula which communicate the floor of the external auditory canal with the skin. They also discuss the etiology, incidente and surgical treatment.
