The authors present three cases of neuritis associated with sinusitis without destruction of the sinus limits. The first case is a left maxillary sinusitis with palsy of the III and VI cranial nerves, the-second is a right sphenoiditis with decay of left visual acuity, and the third is a sinunasal poliposis with palsy of the VI cranial nerve. They received clinical and surgical treatment with involution of the neurological pathology in a short period. We discuss participation of the sinus disease as a cause of the cranial neuropathies near or not the sinus.
