Abstract:
Two cases of primary Burkitt's lymphoma of the palatine tonsil are presented. The biological behaviour and the caracteristics of this rare presentation of Burkitt's lymphoma are discussed and the literature is reviewed. The diagnosis was made by histological examination and confirmed by iminunohistochemistry. The patients showed good response to chemotherapy.
