Abstract: Twenty pacíents were submitted to septoplasty forhaving deviation in areas II and Ill of "Cottle"and inferior tunnels were made in such pacients by using Killian's speculum n° 4. In all pacients were obtained excellent exposition and significativa reduction of the time operativa.
