Abstract: We report a rare case of a nasal schwannoma with intracranial extension. The following aspects are discussed in this communication: frequency, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, histopathological and immunohistochemical findings, and therapeutic measures. Considerations about the operative approach - endonasal microsurgery only - are also pointed.
