Abstract: The multiple myeloma is a plasma cell dyscrasia, that generally shows like bony lesions and recurrent infections, Its uncommon otolaryngologic manifestations. In this paper, the author make a short summary about the disease, and show two cases reviewed, were the otolaryngologic manifestations were extremely important for the diagnoses.
