Abstract: A rhinomonometry study of 34 healthy adults was realized, whithout anatomical alteration of the nose cavity nor any complaints of nasal symptoms. The apparatus used was a rhinomanometermodel RN301* with a Cardiofax (Nikon Kolden, adapted by Tecnocil for E.N.G.) register. The data obtained was extracted from studies of recordings and the results were the following: - The observation of the morphology of the recordings was 64,7% of group (A) and 29,4% of group (IB) and 5,9% of group (2B). - The measurement of the pressure of inspiration (PI) had the median value of 14,0 mmH2O without the vasoconstritor and 14,0 mmH2O with vasoconstritor. - The dilatation test of the areas I and II made after the use of the vasoconstritor presents a median fall of (PI) of 57,1%. - The flux measured with the opposite nostril closed has the median value of 22,01/min without the vasoconstritor and 20,51/min with the vasoconstritor. - The measurement of the conductivity has the median value of 1,43 without the vasoconstritor and 1,50 with the vasocontritor.
