Abstract: In The rehabilitation of the laryngectomee, there should be a team work including surgeon, clinician, speech patologist, psychologist or psychiatrist and social assistant. This work depends definitively on the patient's personality. Besides a successful surgery and laryngectomee rehabilitation and effective voice therapy, the patient needs some active counseling and direction to regain his position in his family, his job, and in tire social environment around him concerning physical and emotional mutilation temporary and definitive he may be experiencing. The purpose this work is to direct the team work members envolved in the treatment of reeducation and adaptation of laryngectomy patients.
