Large Intranasal Meningoencephalocele.

Abstract: Meningoencephalocele is rarely seen in adult. This case report shows the management of a larg mass in adult man. Underwent a surgical treatment by lateral rhinotomy resulted in a good evolution and the patient continue without symptoms after long follow-up.
