Abstract: The authors present a case of Multiple Meningioma which appeared by an otological feature. Glomus tumor was the inicial diagnoses, supported ou the results of an angiography. However, a computed tomography and a magnetic resonance imaging revealed a Multiple Meningioma. The biopsy of the lesion within the middle ear confirmed the latest diagnoses.
