Abstract: The authors present a case of a urban patient with infection of Paracoccidioides brasiliensis, who had soft palate and auricular lobule manifestations. The last one is an uncommon site among all different localization found in this kind of pathology. The diagnosis was done using dirett micologic examinations from specimens obtained from lesions of oral mucosa and auricular lobule. It was treated with Ketoconazol (Nizoral®) and presented complete remission of the oral and cutaneous lesions.
