Abstract: The authors present a case of a patient with sudden hearing loss associated with a infernal auditory carnal osteoma, in the opposite side of the deafness. The diagnosis was made by the high-resolution CT-Scan, however the magnetic ressonance of the temporal bane has not showed any alterations.
