Abstract: This bibliographic review is made about a clinical entity, whose cause remains unknown. We hope that new insights in pathophysiology, immunology and diagnostic criteria. Diagnostic criteria change with the different specialties and countries. In conclusion, at this phase of knowledge it's important that the criteria gives us a rational support to understand the symptoms, establish the diagnosis and guide the patient therapy.
