Abstract: The authors describe a case in which a patient presented with a abscess of the nasal septum. This patient had her abscess drained and it reappeared with others differents symptoms, when a clinical diagnosis of relapsing polychondritis was done. Oral Prednisone was used as the first treatment. Unhappily, the patient did not improve and was getting worst. At this time ocular manifestations appeared and the patient was hospitalized and received sistemic corticoides Solu-Medrol.
