Abstract: The cemento-ossifying fibroma is a benign neoplasia, although destructive and of fast growth, with histologic caracteristcs of fibrous tissue with variable quantities Of metaplasic bone, and desmineralizéd matter and cemento. They occur almost exclusively at maxillar bones. We report a case of ethmoidal location.
